Meteorologen und Klimaforscher Ulrich Foelsche

Warum befindet sich am Chemie Institut der Uni Graz eine Kristallkugel und welche Fragen bekommt ein Klimaforscher beim Familienessen gestellt?

...Diese und mehr Fragen beantwortete uns Ulrich Foelsche in der letzten Instagram-Reihe zum Thema Klimaforschung.

Herr Foelsche ist Meteorologen und Klimaforscher an der Uni Graz und deshalb der perfekte Interview-Partner für dieses Thema. Wir durften mit ihm gemeinsam in die spannende Welt der Klimaforschung eintauchen und einige Plätze am Campus entdecken, die uns sonst mit Sicherheit verborgen geblieben wären. Zum Beispiel das Dach des Chemie-Instituts, in der Heinrichstraße 26 befindet sich einer der beiden Wettermess-Standorte unserer Universität. Hier werden unter Anderem Sonnenscheindauer, Bewölkung und Windstärke gemessen. Nebenbei hat man von dort aus einen wundervollen Blick über die Stadt Graz: Vom Uhrturm bis hin zum USI-Sportzentrum.
